Google's G Suite Update Makes it Easier to Stay on Task
Heads up for those of you who use Google apps like Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Google jusy updated its Chiliad Suite—previously known as Apps for Work—with a handful of machine intelligence-powered features.
This includes activity items, auto-suggestions for Google Forms, avant-garde voice commands, and so on.
Google G Suite apps will as well now offer amend visibility into your unfinished tasks. You'll now run into a count of open activity items and suggested edits that need attention on the Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides home screens and in a gray circle in Google Drive.
The Web giant is besides launching a new set of vox commands to let you do more formatting and content customization with your voice. You can at present do things similar alter text color, delete words, insert links, and add comments without even using your hands. For the full rundown of voice commands, head here.
Finally, this update integrates Google Docs and Bulldoze with the pop collaboration and messaging tool Slack. Thus, you can now import files from the Cloud-based storage directly into a Slack chat or create new Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files by clicking the '+' button in the Slack message box.
